Now as much as I like the Tie-Not products, there's something a little fishy why these water balloon products are being pitched to the Sharks. It appears Wayne and Scott has already secured a licensing deal with Imperial Toy Company in 2012. Since that time they have gone on to invent the Balloon Launcher and a Balloon Catapult to round off this Brands product line.

Now why with so many successful products already available in hundreds of stores, and fully stocked in Amazon warehouse's for prime members, would this business need to go on the Shark Tank Show looking for another investor? I honestly can't think of any other business or product that's been on the Shark Tank already having secured a licensing deal before they went in front of the Sharks.

No doubt the producer's still have a few surprises left for Season 5 Shark Tank's Finale, and negotiating for a product already having a licensing deal is clearly one of them. This should be a very interesting round of negotiating, and one episode you definently don't want to miss.
